The location is PERFECT. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast next door was just DIVINE!!! The food was AMAZING!!!
I noticed the cups in the room were VERY small for coffee. I WISH I had brought a mug. The bed was hard. The pillows were too soft. I know this is personal preference.
i was upgraded to a luxurious apartment when i arrived, a lovely surprise. the staff was kind and always ready to help me with anything i needed. housekeeping was perfect.

my room lacked smart tv functions, its size felt inadequate for the room.

rooms were large and had lovely furnishings that created a peaceful atmosphere. sitting area offered a spot to relax, and the comfortable beds were heavenly. it was a perfect retreat.
the apartment was super spacious and stylish. vintage furniture created a special atmosphere. the kitchen was fully equipped, so i had everything i needed. i also appreciated being so close to the castle!!!
i thought the lift was quite small and the glass casing was a bit smeared.

i got an upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment, a lovely surprise!!! it was really good, with a huge lounge and kitchen area. the beautiful bedroom had a luxury bathroom and shower. nespresso!!!
the reception staff were helpful and friendly. my executive double room was spacious and well-appointed, especially the comfortable bed. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the west end tram stop for easy airport access. i found the adjoining restaurant to be delicious with fantastic staff too!!!

the room was spacious.
The coffee cups in the room were too small. I wished i had brought my own mug. also, i found the bed too hard, and the pillows were far too soft for my liking. breakfast wasn't worth the cost.
